Researchers at Ohio State University are growing more and more convinced that elements of Marijuana actually improve memory.
I’ve seen the documentary with the hornets vs the keys.. and also remember being curious and working out that each one had to continuously kill a bee like every X seconds (i forget… 2 seconds? 10 seconds? 15 seconds?) non-stop for however long they said the battle was in the video.
Anyway, I wouldn’t want to mess with them.
But somehow, I suspect a badger would not feel threatened.
30 hornets vs. 30,000 bees over 3 hours equates to 5.5555 bees dying per minute per hornet. And that’s assuming none of the hornets die, which the video says some of them do. That would lead me to believe the hornets are killing roughly 6 bees per minute per hornet.
